Precinct Village - For Lease

With our newest Tenant opening last week, we are officially fully leased at our property, Precinct Village, in North Richland Hills, TX. When I first took on this property, we had roughly 15,000 square feet available with nearly half of that being in shell condition. After years of cold calling, prospecting national brands and continuous effort, we can proudly say we are 100% full. Something the center has never achieved previously since it was constructed in 2003. Very happy with the results that we have created to make a cohesive, family friendly shopping center that I was previously told when I took on the project “this is where retail tenants goes to die”.
