Ben Hammer was born in Costa Rica, adopted along with his two brothers at age 6, was then brought to the United States and became a U.S. Citizen in 2008. Several people whom he admires most have made real estate their professions: Robert Kembel, Jay Rodgers and his mother Kay Hammer. Their influence led him to pursue a real estate degree program at the University of North Texas. These ambitions helped him achieve a bachelor’s in Business Administration as he then obtained his Real Estate License by December 2017.
Ben’s background includes: Logistics, Property Development, Service in the Food Industry, Customer Service Representation, and Real Estate. His interest brought him to attended Investor Pitch and City Council Meetings and has Researched, Compiled and Presented Multi-Family Dwelling Pricing Data. Ben shows leadership accountability as he was intitled a Volunteer Wrestling Coach & Referee (2013-2018). He takes all of experiences and is developing himself here at Crest to become the best agent he can through the help of his brokers knowledge and expertise.
