Erik K. Fulkerson
President
Mr. Fulkerson started working in the commercial real estate industry
in 1982 focusing on retail centers and industrial properties. Mr.
Fulkerson was an Assistant Vice President at both Dallas based firms
of Evans, Birmingham and Williamson and Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate.
In 1990 Mr. Fulkerson founded Crest Commercial on the principles of being
fiercely devoted to his clients and by creating enhanced value to our
clients through the effective execution of all commercial real estate
transactions.
Mr. Fulkerson graduated from Trinity University with a degree in Business
Administration. In addition, Mr. Fulkerson is a member of a variety of local
organizations including; Texas Association of Realtors, National Association
of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the North Texas
Commercial Association of Realtors. Mr. Fulkerson is also on the board of
directors for a local credit union.

Michael A. Wilson
Leasing Vice President
Mr. Wilson has been delivering quality business solutions to a variety of retail businesses for over twenty years. Mr. Wilson has represented both Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. He joined Crest commercial Real Estate in 2001 as a Leasing Vice President specializing in Retail leasing, including both landlord and tenant representation. In addition, he has handled numerous sale and purchase transactions for his clients. Michael brings a dedication and an expertise in negotiation that is invaluable to his clients.
Mr. Wilson graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in
Business Administration. In addition, Mr. Wilson is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers.

Benita Barnard
Leasing Vice President
Benita Barnard joined Crest Commercial as a Leasing Vice President in 2007. Ms. Barnard has 20 years Real Estate experience, specializing in Shopping Center Leasing. Benita previously was affiliated with Christon Company Realtors and ACR Realty. She is a former Board Member for the Dallas Homeowners League, and a current member of NTCAR.
Ms. Barnard attended North Texas State University and is a Native Dallassite.

Donald Wass
Leasing Vice President
Donald L. Wass, Jr. is a Leasing Vice President for Crest Commercial Real Estate in Dallas Texas. Donald is responsible new business development, sales and marketing of Crest's retail portfolio.
Prior to joining Crest, Donald worked for Merrill Lynch where he served as a Financial Advisor. He has also gained valuable real estate and sales experience as the National Sales Manager for Homestore.com, 1-800-Housing, and BBT Group. As National Sales Manager, Donald was responsible for all sales functions with teams as large as 60 people.
Donald is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and holds several professional licenses. He holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.

Margaret Fulkerson
Accounting Manager
Margaret Fulkerson has been the Property Accounting Manager for Crest Commercial since 1993. Margaret graduated from SMU in 1987. She started her financial career at FilmDallas as a Distribution Bookkeeper. Before joining Crest Commercial, she was also the Accounting Manager for Greater Dallas Office Systems. Margaret obtained her a real estate license in 1996 and works to efficiently and effectively process all financial paperwork for our properties under management, as well as oversee and manage the business accounting for Crest Commercial.

Alli Saldeen
Office Manager
Alli Saldeen has been an Office Manager for Crest Commercial since 2006. Ms. Saldeen has approximately 10 years of business experience including: Office Management, Administration, Financial work, Sales, and Operations. She coordinates all the activities for the Sales/Marketing, Leasing, and Property Management areas of Crest Commercial and is pursuing a Texas Real Estate License.

Brooke Nelson
Special Project Coordinator
Brooke Nelson has been working for Crest since May 2003. Before moving into the Special Projects Coordinator position Brooke learned hands on all of the facets of the working Real Estate world of Crest by fielding calls, marketing, preparing leases, analyzing, accounting and vendor and Landlord relations. Thus truly learning hands-on what Crest and the Real Estate business was all about. Previously, Brooke worked for a Medical Consulting and Recruitment firm.
Brooke attended Arizona State University and later transferred to Southern Methodist Univeristy.
